Feel Sorry
November 16, 2025
Do you remember the little vlog I made from Silence Studios in Sweden, almost exactly a year ago? A house in the middle of the forest outside a tiny town called Koppom. I was there with Henrik and Martin to write, and in one of the rooms there was an old pump organ. The kind you have to keep pumping with your feet while you play, or the sound just fades away.

Hii people!
That's where "Feel Sorry" started.

It's not a very nice song, honestly. It's bitter. It's about needing an apology from someone, and waiting for it, and how stuck that waiting can make you feel. I didn't plan to write something that honest that day. It just came out.
On Friday the song finally came out, together with my new EP, "feelings you don't say out loud". And then P3 made "Feel Sorry" their Song of the Week.
That's the second time this year. The first was "A Little Kinder" back in January, and I thought it would feel less surreal the second time. It doesn't. P3 is the radio station I grew up with, and now they're playing a song that started on an old organ in the Swedish woods. I don't really have words for that.
Some of you heard "Feel Sorry" live at by:Larm in September, before it was even out. Thank you for being there. Playing it for people before anyone knew it made me trust the song a little more.
The EP has four songs: "Lose You", "Even If It's a Lie", "Before" and "Feel Sorry". They are all, in different ways, about the things we feel but don't say out loud. I hope you find a little bit of yourself in one of them.
If you want to see where it all began, the vlog from Silence Studios is right here in the diary.
XOXO
